1. Work Schedule & Payment Terms
A full payment is required prior to the commencement of the project. Only upon receipt of payment, will a project be opened for the
services requested. Payment is accepted by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), or Cash deposit.
No Cheque deposits will be accepted. Cash deposits will incur a 10% fee for bank charges.
Once Ingwane Company SA receives the deposit, basic design concepts will begin.
2. Ingwane Company SA to submit a ‘First Mock'
The Client is to provide Ingwane Company SA with all the data needed to complete website,
including text, company logo, and images. Communication between Ingwane Company SA
and Client is crucial during this phase to ensure that the ultimate publication will match the
Clients taste and requirements. Upon completion of this stage, the Client will be asked to
confirm acceptance for the basic site design via e mail or WhatsApp. Once acceptance is
received from the Client, work will commence to complete the project.
Any additional charges incurred will be due within seven (7) days after delivery of the project
and invoice. All payments are non-refundable and required even if deliverables are not used
by client. Should payment not be made within fourteen (14) days of notification, a late
payment penalty of R300 will be charged per month that the fees remain outstanding.
Ingwane Company SA reserves the right to remove all web content from the Internet if
payment is not made within thirty (30) days of completion notification. If case collection
proves necessary, Client agrees to pay all fees incurred in that process.
3. Completion Date
Ingwane Company SA and Client must work together to complete the website in a timely
manner for both parties to remain profitable. We agree to work expeditiously to complete this
project no later than twenty (20) working days from date of cleared deposit and receiving all
relevant material from the Client. Ingwane Company SA, however, cannot be held liable for
late completion should the Client not revert with feedback in a timely manner.
4. Design Credit
The Client agrees that Ingwane Company SA may put a byline/button on the bottom of the
web pages establishing design and development credit. Client also agrees that the website
created for the Client may be included in Ingwane Company SA portfolio.
5. Change request/ edit
Changes requested by the Client beyond those limits will be billed at the hourly rate of
R150.00 per hour. This rate shall also apply toward additional work authorized beyond the
maximums specified above for such services as: general Internet orientation education,
marketing consulting, web page design, editing, modifying product pages and databases in an
online store, and art, photo, graphics services, and helping Clients learn how to use their own
web page editor. Programming charges are excluded from the maintenance agreements.
Should the client wish to take full ownership of their website they may do so by choosing
Pro Plus Website package. Ingwane Company SA will give all the rights of the website
to the client.
6. Premiums
Premiums are to be paid on or before the last day of every month. Failure to do so the website
and e mails of the client will be suspended. Once the account has been suspended this may
result in termination of the services and removal of all data to this service, including backups.
7. Do I keep my website when I unsubscribe/ or change the server/host?
You are free to copy all the content off your website when you unsubscribe/ change the
server/host. The website design and layout will remain the property of Ingwane Company
SA.
Note: Your website will no longer be visible on your domain and should you wish to keep
your domain, you will have to transfer the domain to another hosting company.
8. Renewal of domain name
Domain name is renewed every twelve months (12 months), the renewal process includes a domain
renewal fee which is determined by the type of domain that was registered (e.g. .co.za or .com). If a
domain name is not renewed by a specific date, then the domain will expire the website will be off.
